Cookie Policy
This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used by Neovogent AI Solutions UK Ltd on this website. Our Privacy Policy explains the related personal data, providers, retention and rights. A cookie is a small value stored by a browser; local storage keeps information until you or the site removes it.
1. The current tracking setting
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel currently load automatically on public pages unless you have saved an opt-out or your browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal. There is no upfront Accept prompt in this mode. Automatic loading does not record affirmative consent. Where law requires prior consent for optional tracking, an opt-out option or this policy does not replace that requirement.
Submitting an enquiry or application is not agreement to marketing or advertising measurement. You can use the forms with analytics and advertising switched off. Staff dashboard and API routes are not tracked as public pages.
2. Change your choices
Use Cookie choices in the footer to turn Analytics and Advertising on or off independently. The switches apply immediately; Close settings only dismisses the panel. Saved choices apply to this browser/site origin and are refreshed across site navigation and open tabs. Another browser, device or hostname can have different storage; clearing site data also clears saved choices.
Switching a category off stops future measurement through our integration. It does not recall information already sent or necessarily remove every cookie set by a provider. Your browser's site-data controls can remove stored cookies. Browser restrictions and extensions may also block tags. Supported GPC/DNT signals take precedence over automatic loading.
3. Analytics and advertising storage

Cookie expiry can be refreshed by subsequent visits and does not determine how long a provider retains information already collected. GA4 event/user-level retention in our property is configured to 14 months. Google Signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in this integration. A cookie may be absent even when a browser sends a measurement request.
Meta Conversions API can send a successful form event from our server when advertising measurement is allowed for that submission. It uses a hashed email/phone, event type, page address, browser user agent and existing Meta identifiers where available. Hashes are still personal data, not anonymous information. The form's message, application text and CV are not sent. This server event is not itself a browser cookie.

5. Embedded resources and providers
Fonts are hosted with this website and do not request Google Fonts. The contact page's embedded Google Map receives technical data when requested and may use Google's own cookies or storage; switching off our Analytics or Advertising integrations does not automatically disable that map. External links only take you to another service when followed.
